Everyone needs a partner when taking a journey. Someone who has read the map or someone who has made the journey before. That’s why having a mentor is so important. We can glean wisdom and clarity through the eyes of a mentor.
In today’s podcast, I’m interviewing Danielle on this very topic. I’m asking her questions…questions that at first might seem a bit simplistic. However, in looking deeper we find that the answers are nuanced and that they are answers from which we can gain insight into forming this very important life relationship.
- What is a mentor?
- Why do we need them in our lives?
- In what areas can we use mentorship?
- What do you look for in a mentor?
- How do you find a mentor?
- How can you BE a mentor?
